INGREDIENTS

2 slices of Multi seeds Spelt Bread

1 medium ripe avocado

Few slices of strawberry 

Few steamed edamame

Courgette slices

Fresh lemon juice 

Pistachios

Black sesame seeds

Pomegranates seeds

Roasted red onions

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

STEP 1) Toast the slices of bread (or leave them fresh if you prefer).

STEP 2) Cut the avocado and carefully spread it on each slice of bread.

STEP 3) Top the toasts with the rest of the ingredients as you wish, then drizzle some lemon juice.
