An avocado and coffee mix sounds like a horrible idea, right? That’s exactly what we thought after seeing it for the first time in a little stall in Maltby Street Market (London). But after making this veganized version, we had to think back. A surprisingly delicious and luxuriously rich drink based on the original Indonesian recipe. Almond milk instead of the condensed one and few more super nourishing ingredients to finalise this healthier “Es Alpukat” (ice-avocado) variant. INGREDIENTS

1 large ripe avocado

1 cup of coffee, cooled

1 cup of almond milk

6 dried figs

1 teaspoon of Moringa powder

1 cup of ice cubes

Vanilla extract to taste

TYPE

Raw, Smoothie, Gluten-free, Refined Sugar-free, contains Almonds

METHOD

STEP 1) Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for few minutes.

STEP 2) Pour it into your favourite jar and ta-daaa!! Coffee is ready 🙂

STEP 3) Enjoy Eat!

TIP
